  1. I have traveled on the route from GYE to Santiago and for the same they use an Airbus A319 plane that is totally uncomfortable.

    I estimate this plane is fine for short-term trips , not for a traveler of more than 4 hours

    You should evaluate putting a more comfortable plane for this route
