Airbus A220
Airbus, the Government of Québec y Bombardier Inc. agreed to a new ownership structure for the A220 program, through which Bombardier transferredó its remaining Airbus Canada Limited Partnership shares (Airbus Canada) to Airbus and the Government of Québec. You transact itón is effective immediately.
This agreement increases the stakes in Airbus Canada, responsible for the A220, al 75 percent for Airbus and the 25 percent for the Government of Québec, respectively.
