When was this agreement signed???? Is there an Ecuadorian airline interested in these operations to the island???
It was signed last November, At the moment no interested airline is known.
The agreement with Cuba is not interested, it only favors them
They must improve open skies agreements with other countries to improve our position
Improve which open skies agreements? There are none current.
