SKY, an aerosolílow-cost line based in Chile, has taken delivery of its first Airbus A321neo on lease from Air Lease Corporation.
In this way, SKY becomes the first aerolínew of Chile in operating the A321neo, which shares a qualificationón of type withún with other members of the Airbus A320 Family, allowing A320 pilots to fly the aircraftón without trainingóadditional n.
The airplanes A321neo of SKY isán equipped with CFM Leap-1A engines and have the capacity to 238 passengers in an arrangementón of two classes. SKY is the first aerolínea in Sudamérich in operating the A321neo with a configurationóhigh density cabin number.
The A321neo has a 95 percent similarity in the fuselage with the Airbus A320 family, fitting perfectly with SKY's existing fleet of 19 A320neo. It's avión incorporates new generation enginesón y Sharklets, which together provide más of a 20 percent fuel and CO2 savings, así like a reductionónoise level 50 percent.

Airbus has sold más de 1.100 aircraft and has an order book of almost 430 planes to deliver in Américh Latina and the Caribe.
