• This does not apply to passengers under the age of 12 añus his píntomas of COVID-1.
• Passengers must complete a «Declarationón Jurada de AuthorizationóHealth and Geolocationón» on http://e-notificacion.migraciones.gob.pe/dj-salud/ within the 72 hours prior to departure.
• Passengers may be subject to quarantineún determinationón of the authorities in case of presenting síntomas.
