This transactionón was given with the authorizationón of the Market Power Control Superintendency (SCPM), so that, from tuesday 6 September of 2022, Vladimir Muñoz Barbieri, General Manager of Talma Ecuador, occupyá the position of Executive Director of GENERALAIR S.A.
