- The Quito and/or Guayaquil route is added – Bogotaá and/or Mendoza with up to 7 weekly frequencies with 3rd party rights, 45th and 5th freedoms.
- The Quito and/or Guayaquil route is added – Bogotaá and/or Rosary with up to 7 weekly frequencies with 3rd party rights, 45th and 5th freedoms.
