Agente de Servicio al Cliente Part Time-  UIO

En este rolrealizaras y aseguraras la excelencia en el servicio, providing a deal áagile and timely; in order to comply with the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Management Systemón Integral.

Funciones especíyou stay:

•To meet, guide and direct the passenger at each point of contact, in accordance with the provisions of the procedures; in order to ensure that the operationón of flights are handled safely and thusí obtain quality in service.

•Ensure excellent customer service, a través of satisfactionón of the needs and requirements of the same; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organizationón

•Support the Supervisor, Agent Líder or other collaborators, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking or cancellations, performing the duties assigned; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organizationón.

 Check- in / los requisitos para abordar:

  • Formationón académica: Tétechnique, Techóthen the Professional.
  • Work experience: experience in customer service positions (desirable).
  • Requirements: schedule flexibility.
  • Language: visualés B2 intermediate
