Analista facilities

In this role you will manage contracts and executeón of the processes associated with cleaning services, administrationónumber of hygienic productséonly consumables, income, p servicesúwar supplies and any supplies related to the administrationón of buildings and offices, guaranteeing attentionón ráask, transparent, timely, effective and quality áareas that request services.

Specific functionsíyou stay:

• Know, communicate, comply with and ensure compliance in their ápolice areasíethics, Environmental standards and procedures.
• Manage that the pólists and contracts areén current and take the necessary actions to guarantee their non-expiration in accordance with the processes established by the organization.ón.
• Manage the Contracts under your responsibility for all assigned bases of Avianca Group
• Timely manage sanitary spaces such as bathroomsños, warehouses and buildings where cleaning news reported by the áUser areas or your own inspectionón of the different spaces, ensuring satisfactionón and estimated time for its executionón, in order to maintain the quality of cleaning, inputs and administrationón de higiéonly ones in charge.

• Formationón académica: Engineer Professionalía, Administrationón y/o logístic
• Experience: MíYOU 2 añmanaging or leading contracts for áoperational or administrative areas.  Budget and/or planning managementófinancial n
• English levelés: B2+
• Advanced Excel management. Desirable Power BI.
